General Use:

Our Commitment to you

Although In2Sports will always endeavour to maintain the highest standard of duty of care to our clients, please be aware that everyone plays at their own risk and the company will not be liable for any injury sustained while playing or exercising. Sports injuries can happen at any moment so if you are unsure, do not play. It is for the responsibility of the ‘Organiser’ of the event or fixture to inform participants of this. If you have any concerns about your health or suitability for your chosen activity you should seek guidance from a doctor or relevant health professional before participating.

Bookings Policy:

Social Court Bookings Policy

  1. Our booking policy is on a first come first served basis
  2. The booker/organiser has 24 hours from the time the booking was made to cancel to be entitled to a full refund. Notification must be made by email to our office at info@in2sports.org. If we have no record of any communication we will presume you agree to our terms and conditions. The time of notification is recorded when the communication is registered on our server.
  3. Once your booking has been booked for more than 24hrs it is non-refundable.
  4. If your booking is for the same day, or for the next day at the time that the booking was made then the booking is non-refundable and point 2 above does not apply.
  5. If subsequently you cannot fulfil your booking In2Sports will attempt to re-sell your booking to another customer for you
    1. If it is re-sold we will then move your booking to another day where there is availability or credit your In2Sports account to use in the future.
    2. If your booking is not re-sold the court is still chargeable and will be available for you to use on that occasion.
  6. If you cannot make your booking due to transport, weather conditions or for any other reason, In2Sports is not obliged to refund or re-schedule your booking unless the business is closed for any reason and cannot deliver a service.
  7. In2Sports does not issue cash/card refunds.

 

Gym Rules:

Safety & Hygiene

By visiting In2Sports you are agreeing to follow the rules below

You Must:

  1. Be mindful, respectful towards staff / members at all times
  2. You must not bring belongings into the gym space unless necessary for example electronics devices, water bottles etc. Please use the provided lockers found in the changing rooms for items that are not deam necessary
  3. Please ensure clothing is appropriate for gym wear avoiding jeans, boots, flip-flops / sandals, work wear etc.
  4. You may not use the gym space under the influence of alcohol or narcotics or any form of medication or substances that may affect your ability to use the equipment provided
  5. Ensure that all equipment is put back in its original space upon completing your session and do not misuse any equipment such as dropping weights on the floor
  6. Members must be 16 or older to use the gym space or be accompanied by an adult or guardian to use equipment in the gym space
  7. You must not bring any food into the gym space: Drinks must be in a sealed container
  8. All members must be an active gym member or pay and play members to access the gym
  9. Cards must not be shared with others and can only be used by the issued cardholders

 

Gym Membership Terms & Conditions:

General T&S

  1. Members must be 16 or older to use the gym space
  2. You agree to the terms and conditions when accessing and utilising the facility at In2Sports
  3. In2Sports reserves the right to close the gym space temporarily if it deems it necessary with members being provided as much notice as possible. Notice is subject to be provided and members agree that this may not always be possible
  4. In2Sports reserves the right to cancel / terminate your membership at any given time and does not require an explanation
  5. If you have concerns for your health and or sustainability while performing at the gym, you should seek guidance from a doctor or relevant health professional before continuing
  6. Your personal information and contact details may be stored for communication purposes. In2Sports will store this information and not share details unless required following the Data Protection Act.
  7. Members are not to share cards with members risking their gym membership being terminated without notice if this is the case

 

Fees & Charges

  1. The registration fee is a requirement for accessing our facility and gym space with In2Sports requiring details to set members as a client using our system. This is. a one-off fee of £9.99 which is added in addition to the monthly membership if you have not registered before.
  2. Monthly memberships are a charge of £19,99 with the first month being pro rota until the month’s end with renewal dates being the 1st of every month
  3. Pay and Play for the gym is £3.00 an hour and requires members to be registered
  4. Members on a monthly membership will receive an access card which is free with any replacement cards at a charge of £5.00
  5. In2Sports reserves the right to cancel your membership at any point and prices are subject to change. Please contact us if you require the most up to date information if not found on our website.
  6. Memberships are based on a monthly rolling contract, if your membership expires you will be required to register with. anew membership which is chargeable

 

Safety & Security

  1. To ensure the safety of all members and staff, we have 24/7 CCTV cameras installed throughout the facility and members agree that they may recorded for their safety and others
  2. In2Sports is disability accessible with lifts, toilets and changing rooms designed to be accessible for those with a disability
  3. First aid kits are located on Ground Floor (G) at reception and in the middle floor (B1) in the refreshments area
  4. Fresh air ventilation is found throughout the facility
  5. Maintenance is actioned and up to standard with CWG
  6. Staff trained up to standard to deal with emergencies and evacuations
  7. Free drinking water is provided to keep members and staff hydrated. Members are recommended to bring in their own bottles to refill but can be provided with refreshments of purchase at the facility

Monthly Direct Debit Memberships

  1. Members must be 16 or older
    1. Children aged from 8 can use the Gym Studio but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
    2. As the parent / guardian, you are confirming that the health of your child in my care is your responsibility. Exercise and physical activity can carry its own risk. If you have any concerns about your or your child’s health you should seek guidance from you Doctor or other relevant health professional before you or your child participate in any exercise and/or physical activity.
  2. You may terminate your membership providing one calendar months’ notice by cancelling your direct debit with your bank. Your membership will remain in place until the day before your next payment is due, at which point it will terminate.

Food and Drinks Policy

  1. As we are a licensed premises, no is permited to sell or distribute food or dink on our premises.
  2. Non-alcoholic beverages can be bought onsite for individual consumption only.
  3. All clients are responsible for removing their ownfood waste items responsibly.
