About Our Fitness Studio

We welcome you to your ultimate training community – maximum results with our unique hybrid workout, expert trainers, and community support.

When we created In2Sports we wanted to have a venue that provided flexible spaces for all types of sports, fitness, health and wellness activities. Whilst our Sports Hall caters for team sports that need bigger spaces, Fitness studio offers Dynamic Hybrid Training combining strength and endurance for a high-intensity fitness experience suitable for all skill levels.

As a member, you can expect challenging training teamwork, and with the lead of our expert trainers, we will achieve your fitness goals together!

    The goal of the workshop is to engage all members from newcomers to the most advanced to build confidence and competency in the major lifts in a supportive and encouraging environment.
    Members receive group and individualised coaching throughout.
